Mike began his career as an X++ developer in 2010, back when D365FO/SCM was known as Dynamics AX. He founded Schiermeyer Consulting in 2014 and became a Certified Microsoft Dynamics Specialist that same year. Having been part of the world’s first upgrade to D365FO (then known as AX7), he continues to apply this early experience to D365FO implementations today.

We take pride in delivering high-quality consulting and only collaborate with professionals we’ve worked with directly in the past. As demand grew beyond what one person could manage, we began expanding—carefully and intentionally.
By 2025, our team had grown to four members, including a Developer, Technical Architect, and Solution Architect. Each was selected for their proven track record on previous projects and each brings over 15 years of experience in D365 and ERP systems.
