We only hire talent we’ve worked with directly in the past -professionals whose skills we’ve seen firsthand. Our teams take years to build, avoiding non-solicitation issues, both contractual and out of professional courtesy. Most of our consultants were already successful freelancers before choosing to partner with us.

We focus on small to mid-sized F&O implementations where our expertise can have the greatest impact. In leaner project teams, our contributions are immediately visible. We deliver meaningful change from day one, driving value early and often.

In these projects, we frequently consolidate multiple roles into a single expert. With over 15 years of F&O ERP experience, one consultant can gather requirements, design the solution, implement it, and perform unit testing. Traditional firms often split this work across three or more people—significantly increasing cost and introducing risk through handoffs.

For large companies reading this – we’re open to conversations, but we don’t typically provide staff augmentation. To make a real impact, we need a seat at the table.
